About | Based in Belgium, For 25 years, Bebat has been giving new life to used batteries by collecting, sorting and recycling them. It is an environmental organization with world-class collection results, continuously looking to optimize the recycling process with regard to both quantity and quality.

Research focused on exploring five major aspects, company, context, target user, trends and benchmarks, assisting in identifying target users to conduct surveys and interviews for developing insights and opportunities.
